• The property: è un complesso rurale d’epoca con pavimenti in pietra, dislivelli e vialetti irregolari. Si invita alla prudenza e all’uso di calzature adeguate.

• Swimming Pool (Reg. Puglia 17/2013): Profondità 1,3m. Nessun bagnino. Aperta 08:00–20:00. Vietato tuffarsi e correre sul piano vasca. I minori devono essere sempre sorvegliati da un adulto responsabile.

• Safety: È vietato l’uso di fiamme libere/barbecue. La Direzione non risponde di beni incustoditi.

• External guests: per motivi di sicurezza e privacy, è severamente vietato l’accesso alla struttura a persone non registrate. In caso di violazione, verrà applicata una penale di 200,00€ a ospite per ogni giorno in cui si verificherà l’irregolarità.

• Waste sorting: È obbligatorio effettuare correttamente la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti. Gli appositi contenitori sono situati vicino alla reception, in un’area sottoposta a videosorveglianza. La mancata osservanza di tale procedura comporterà l’applicazione di una penale di 50,00€.

• Acceptance: Con la firma, accetto il regolamento e sollevo il gestore da responsabilità per condotte imprudenti o omessa vigilanza sui minori.

Check-in:
Your room/suite/apartment will be available from 3:00 PM. If you need to leave your luggage, please contact our staff. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You will be contacted the day before to confirm your approximate arrival time.

Late check-in
If you arrive after 9:00 PM, there is a €35 surcharge. Please notify our staff promptly if you will be late.

Check-out
Please vacate your accommodation by 10:00 a.m. You will be contacted the day before to confirm your departure time.

Late/early check-out
If you wish, you can request an early or late check-out the day before departure by paying respectively:

– early check-out: 04.00 – 07.30 ad un costo di 35€
– late check-out: 10.30 – 13.00 ad un costo di 50€

Upon check-in or during your stay, you can request beverages such as water, wine, beer, and soft drinks (Coke, Fanta, etc.) or additional coffee pods (there is no 24-hour service). You can view our menu and price list at the link below. Drinks price list

Please request the box from the staff by 6:00 PM the day before.

Each room/apartment/suite is equipped with a FIRST AID KIT. Please use it if you need it. In case of emergency, contact our staff who will provide the necessary support or assistance, directing you to the nearest first aid kit.

If you need an extra pillow or blanket, please don't hesitate to ask. If you need additional cleaning or linen changes, you can get them for a surcharge:

Useful information

The apartment is equipped with a Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, and refrigerator. Upon arrival, you'll find two complimentary bottles of water, coffee pods, and tea bags.

Please separate waste into organic or paper/plastic/glass.
Do not flush plastic items or other solid waste, such as sanitary napkins or cotton swabs, down the toilet as they impede drainage. Use the designated bins provided for waste disposal.

Smoking is prohibited inside the house; each unit has been equipped with smoke detectors. Smoking is permitted outside.
please respect the common areas and greenery, and use the ashtrays provided.

The gate is opened using a badge. If you're inside, you'll find the gate opening keypad on the side wall. (Photo)
Once opened, wait for the gate to open completely before proceeding with your vehicle. If you are outside the building, the keypad where you can swipe your badge is located on the intercom (photo).

Borgo Lucia is a peaceful, quiet, and recommended place, equipped with video surveillance systems in the outdoor areas. However, please ensure that windows and doors are always securely closed during your absence.
At night, security operates two shifts within the perimeter of the facility.

As a guest of our Villa Magnolia, pool service is not included. To access the pool, you must reserve a spot for an additional fee, subject to availability and authorization.
